Can I try Rizer without paying?

You can register here for a one-to-one live demo with one of our sales reps. We believe this will provide a more guided, personal experience and will offer us a chance to answer any questions that might appear along the way. 

Are there any limitations on how many users I can have?

There is no limitation on how many users can be added, and there is no minimum number of users either. As the Reizer system comes with predefined processes, there is, however, an optimal number of users. You can learn more about this in a one-to-one demo.

How long will it take to get Rizer up and running?

That depends on the size of your team and company, and your requirements. For most of our customers getting fully up and running with Rizer takes from a few days up to a few weeks – that includes importing your data (contacts, invoices, etc.), and getting to know the system.

Is there a set-up fee?

There is no set-up fee. A dedicated support agent from Rizer will help you set up your account and get started for free.

How can I manage my billing?

You will have access to that in your account profile once you sign-up. You will be able to change billing details and payment options. Learn more about this in our help center.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes, you can cancel at any time, and still keep using the system until the end of the current billing cycle.

How do I pay the subscription plan?

You can choose to pay monthly or yearly on a per user basis.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept any major credit card.

Do you offer any discounts?

We offer a 9% discount for yearly payments. That means, you get the 12th month for free.
