What Is Product Management? 

Product management is in charge of dealing with product feature requests. The product manager has to gather all of them, prioritize, schedule and make sure they get implemented.  He works in a thigh relationship with all other departments. 

Feature requests are logged inside Rizer CRM at the lead or customer level. Anyone can request additional features for existing products and they can give them a priority level. The product manager then goes in, reads trough them and selects the ones which are likely candidates for being implemented. 

In other system you have to do this outside of the crm. Rizer CRM puts a spotlight on the products you are trying to sell. We manage the product list and all attached variables that define them. We also handle all feature requests, merging them, and scheduling development.
